Each year it gives us great pleasure to welcome new families into our community. We hope the following guidelines and information help as you begin the application process.

Eligibility

Your child must be two by June 1st, 2011 in order to apply for our entry level Twos/Threes Class beginning in September of 2011.

Applications

Our 2011-2012 application will be downloadable and available here on our site after September 7th, 2010. Our deadline for all applications is November 4th, 2010. You may also contact the school in September for an application to be mailed to you.

Open Houses

Open Houses offer an opportunity to see the facility and to hear Jean Rosenberg, Founding Director, articulate Chelsea Day School’s Mission and Program. Parents are invited to attend and may do so without having submitted an application. Open Houses are held in the evenings for parents only and a reservation is required. Open House dates along with information about how to reserve a spot will be available after September 7th, 2010.

Lottery

We will have a lottery for the applications to be processed. Our lottery results will be mailed out to all applicants on November 10th, 2010. If your application is drawn in the lottery, you will be notified of the date and time of your family meeting. Family meetings will be held November thru February of 2010 in order to meet the ISAAGNY notification date for acceptance in early March. If your application is not drawn in our lottery your application fee will be returned to you.
