Staff

The staff at Chelsea Day School is a creative and dedicated group of educators who care for and believe in our youngest children. Each member is highly valued and an integral part of the community, not only because of their credentials and training, but also because of individual qualities that enhance the diversity that exists in our school.

Each day the staff collaborates with the children as they play, learn and make sense of their world. The children’s interests and curiosities guide areas of exploration. Core, age-appropriate skills are developed along the way through literacy, mathematical challenges, the scientific method, building and extensive conversation. We deeply value and respect our children and their social and emotional growth.

We come together through our children and our shared desire that their earliest school experiences provide a foundation of thoughtfulness, confidence and excitement about the intrinsic pleasure of learning.
